Terms & Conditions — 1111 baji Official Platform Rules

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the 1111 baji platform at 1111-baji.net (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 1111 baji (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account.

1111 baji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, we will provide at least 7 days' notice via email or an on-platform notification before the new Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register an account and use the 1111 baji Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Gambling by persons under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited and illegal.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform under a self-exclusion request or had an account closed for Terms violations.
• You are not registered as a problem gambler with any national self-exclusion register applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 1111 baji makes no representation that the Platform is legal in all locations.

1111 baji reserves the right to request age-verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the time frame requested will result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Employee Exclusion

Employees, contractors, agents, and consultants of 1111 baji, as well as immediate family members residing in the same household, are prohibited from holding a player account or participating in any betting, casino, or promotional activity on the Platform.

3 Account Registration & Verification

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the 1111 baji Platform. Creating duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same mobile number, the same bank or mobile wallet account, or the same IP address — is a serious violation of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances forfeited.

Accurate Registration Information

When registering your account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or passport, your date of birth, a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. 1111 baji is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate or outdated account information.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Do not share your login details with any other person. 1111 baji will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected] and change your password as soon as possible.

KYC Verification

Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification is required before the processing of any withdrawal request. Accepted documents include a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, or a driving licence. Proof of address may also be requested. KYC documents must be submitted as clear, unaltered digital images. Processing of KYC verification is typically completed within 48 hours of document submission during standard business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

1111 baji accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay mobile wallets are credited to your 1111 baji account balance in real time following successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take longer to process depending on the financial institution. 1111 baji does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of approval, subject to completed KYC verification. Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically received in your mobile wallet within minutes of processing. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of 08:00–22:00 Bangladesh Standard Time may be processed on the following business day.

Payment Method Matching

For fraud prevention and AML compliance purposes, withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, unless an exception is granted by the 1111 baji compliance team. You may not withdraw funds to a payment account that does not belong to you.

Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and winning amounts are displayed and processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 1111 baji does not currently support multi-currency accounts. International card transactions in foreign currencies will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate applied by the card network at the time of the transaction; 1111 baji is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or foreign transaction fees applied by your card issuer.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

1111 baji offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general rules unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount received. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement requires ৳10,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus amount becomes withdrawable.

Eligible Games and Markets

Not all games and betting markets contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sportsbook bets typically contribute 100% of the stake value. Live casino games, slots, and other casino products may contribute at different rates as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed on restricted or excluded markets do not contribute to wagering requirements.

Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, or exploiting a technical error in bonus crediting — will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and a permanent ban from the Platform.

Expiry

Bonus funds and free bets that are not used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from your account balance. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated under any circumstances. Check the promotion terms for the applicable validity window before accepting any bonus offer.

Withdrawal During Active Bonus

If you request a withdrawal while a bonus with an active wagering requirement is attached to your account, 1111 baji reserves the right to remove the bonus and any winnings derived from it before processing the withdrawal of your real-money balance. You may choose to forfeit a bonus manually via your account settings at any time before the wagering requirement is met.

6 Betting Rules & Sportsbook

The 1111 baji sportsbook covers over 60,000 sporting events per month across cricket, football, handball, kabaddi, basketball, tennis, volleyball, and other sports. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the Platform.

Bet Confirmation

A bet is only valid once you have received a bet confirmation reference number from the Platform. Bets placed but not confirmed due to connection interruption, network timeout, or platform error are not valid. It is your responsibility to verify that your bet appears in your account's bet history before the relevant event begins.

Odds and Markets

Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change at any time before your bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed at a specific price, that price is locked in. 1111 baji reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors; any bets placed at a clearly erroneous price that was the result of a technical fault will be voided and stakes returned.

Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets are offered on selected events. The Platform may temporarily suspend in-play markets during critical moments of an event (such as wicket reviews in cricket, VAR checks in football, or penalty shootouts). Bets placed before a suspension are valid. Bets that fail to process before a suspension has been applied will be cancelled and stakes returned.

Void Bets and Abandoned Events

If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum time required for results to stand (as specified in sport-specific rules), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. For cricket matches, the minimum number of overs required for a result to stand is governed by the applicable DLS method rules. Details for each sport are available in the sportsbook rules section of the Platform.

Maximum Winnings

Maximum single-bet and accumulator winnings are subject to limits that vary by sport and market type. These limits are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation. 1111 baji reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout available to any individual player at its sole discretion, particularly for players with a consistent history of large winning bets.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 1111 baji Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and — where applicable — reporting to law enforcement authorities.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity documents, misrepresenting your age, or impersonating another individual during registration or KYC verification.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one player account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to fix the outcome of bets, share inside information, or otherwise manipulate betting markets in a way that constitutes match-fixing.
• Arbitrage and value exploitation: Systematic exploitation of pricing errors, live odds delays, or bonus structures in a manner that constitutes abuse rather than legitimate play.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, AI trading tools, or any automated software to place bets on the Platform without explicit written permission from 1111 baji.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback or dispute with your bank or mobile wallet provider without first attempting to resolve the issue through 1111 baji's support channel.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to process, layer, or integrate proceeds of criminal activity in any form.
• Harassment: Threatening, abusing, or harassing any member of the 1111 baji support team or other players via any communication channel.
• Exploitation of technical errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, display errors, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage or extract funds from the Platform.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your 1111 baji account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, we will process it within 5 business days. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after standard processing checks. Bonus funds and associated wagering-restricted balances will be forfeited upon account closure.

Involuntary Suspension

1111 baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion and without prior notice if the account holder is found to have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false information during registration or KYC, or if we have reason to believe the account poses a risk of fraud, money laundering, or regulatory non-compliance.

Funds on Suspended Accounts

In cases of involuntary suspension resulting from a Terms violation, 1111 baji may withhold the balance pending a full investigation. Where fraud, chargebacks, or bonus abuse is confirmed, the balance may be partially or fully forfeited. Where no violation is confirmed after investigation, the verified real-money balance will be returned. 1111 baji aims to complete investigations within 30 days.

Self-Exclusion

If you wish to exclude yourself from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons, please visit our Responsible Gaming page or contact [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once active, cannot be reversed during the minimum exclusion period. Self-exclusion is a responsible gaming tool and is handled with full confidentiality.

Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. 1111 baji will notify the account holder via the registered email address before applying any inactivity charges. Details of the applicable inactivity fee schedule are available in the Platform's account settings section.

These Terms & Conditions were last updated in January 2026. 1111 baji reserves all rights not expressly granted herein. These Terms do not create any partnership, joint venture, employment, franchise, or agency relationship between you and 1111 baji. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The failure of 1111 baji to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
